Other Fun Places to Visit
Felix.Ruina Daily is not the only website in the Felix Family! In addition to this blog, you can also check out my photoblog and my writing website.
- Skiasma: Shadow Cast. This is my photoblog, which is updated daily. You can also order high-quality prints of my photos here.
- BDWHITE.com and {art of language}: This site serves two purposes. Firstly, it is where I host my own writings, including Elixir, my sermons, fiction, and academic papers. Secondly, you can find the {art of language} Community Forum where you can post your own writing for critique. It's a forum in the spirit of the Inklings.
Friends...
- Warfighter: Tales of heroism from a soldier in Iraq. Hosted right here on felixruina dot com.
- Traci-Colored Glasses: A blog from a friend who is a minister in Detroit.
- pomomusings: The foremost emergent church website from a PTS student (he was a year behind me).
- Kevin Boswell: A hard-to-keep-track-of friend from seminary. You never know where he's going to end up.
Geek...
- Ubuntu: My Linux distro of choice.
- Planet Gnome: A syndication of all the blogs of GNOME Developers. If you want to stay current with GNOME, this is the place to do it.
- Planet KDE: Ditto. Except for KDE.
- Jono Bacon: Jono Bacon's personal webpage. He's one of the voices of LugRadio and a legitimate OSS developer/advocate in his own right. He now works as a community organizer for Canonical (the company behind Ubuntu).
- LugRadio: Speaking of LugRadio, here it is. A great "podcast" featuring a bunch of (often drunk) Brits sitting around talking about Linux, OSS, and anything else that they happen to think of. Really funny!
- Linux Action! Show: Another Linux podcast. This one is just as fun as LugRadio, but by two Americans. There is a bit of a rivalry between LR and LAS. Jono lovingly calls the LAS duo "Bert and Ernie."
Anime...
- #AnimeForever: One of the first anime fansubbing groups I started following, back in the day when anime was hard to come by in the US. They've slowed down significantly the past few years, but I continue to link to them for loyalties sake.
- Dattebayo Fansubs: You won't find faster fansubs of this quality. Even the pros can't compete with the quality you will find here.
